Incorrect Size Ordered: As each piece is individually produced, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors. Comprehensive size charts accompany each product listing for your convenience.

Incorrect Shipping Address Supplied by Client: Should the parcel be returned to us, it will be resent to the correct address; if the parcel cannot be recovered, no refund will be issued.
